Method
- Rim the glass (optional): Rub the rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge and dip it into Tajín or chili salt. Set aside.
- Muddle: In a shaker, gently muddle the jalapeño slices to release their heat.
- Add ingredients: Add mezcal, mango purée, lime juice, and triple sec into the shaker.
- Shake: Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain & serve: Strain into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish: Add a lime wedge and a jalapeño slice for extra flair.
Notes
- Use fresh mango blended with a splash of water for an extra fresh version.
- Adjust jalapeño slices to your spice preference — 1 for mild, 3+ for bold heat.
