Method
- Muddle raspberries and mint in a tall glass until juices are released.
- Add lime juice and honey/simple syrup. Stir well.
- Fill glass with ice.
- Pour sparkling water over ice and stir gently.
- Garnish with mint and raspberries. Serve cold.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey/simple syrup.
- For a party, scale this recipe up and serve in a pitcher.
