Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add grapefruit juice, lime juice, and rosemary syrup.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit wedge for a crisp finish.
Notes
- To make rosemary simple syrup: simmer 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and 3 sprigs of rosemary until sugar dissolves. Let steep 20 minutes, then strain.
- For added depth, use pink grapefruit juice for sweetness and color, or add a dash of non-alcoholic bitters for complexity.
