Rosemary Grapefruit Refresher

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 2 oz soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: rosemary sprig and grapefruit wedge

Method
 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add grapefruit juice, lime juice, and rosemary syrup.
  3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds until chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit wedge for a crisp finish.

Notes

  • To make rosemary simple syrup: simmer 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and 3 sprigs of rosemary until sugar dissolves. Let steep 20 minutes, then strain.
  • For added depth, use pink grapefruit juice for sweetness and color, or add a dash of non-alcoholic bitters for complexity.
