Pineapple Mango Rum Punch

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1.5 oz mango juice or nectar
  • 1.5 oz golden rum
  • 0.5 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup adjust to taste
  • Pineapple wedge and mint sprig for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add pineapple juice, mango juice, golden rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds until chilled.
  4. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint sprig.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your tropical getaway!

Notes

  • Want it boozier? Add an extra half-ounce of rum.
  • For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice until smooth.
