Pineapple Jalapeño Smash Mocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1-2 slices fresh jalapeño adjust to heat preference
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup 1:1 honey and water
  • Sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice
  • Optional: fresh mint or pineapple leaf for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a cocktail shaker or sturdy glass, muddle the fresh pineapple chunks and jalapeño slices until well crushed and juicy.
  2. Add lime juice and honey syrup to the mixture.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to chill.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice (fine straining optional if you prefer fewer bits).
  5. Top with sparkling water or club soda to taste.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig or a pineapple leaf for visual flair.

Notes

  • Adjust the number of jalapeño slices to control the level of spice.
  • For a smoother drink, strain twice to remove pulp and seeds.
