Method
- Fill a shaker with ice and add gin, pear nectar, lemon juice, and thyme syrup.
- Shake well for 10–12 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled flute or coupe glass.
- Top with prosecco.
- Gently stir once to combine.
- Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig and a thin pear slice for a clean, aromatic finish.
Notes
- To make thyme syrup: combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 6 sprigs of thyme. Simmer until sugar dissolves. Let steep 15–20 minutes, then strain.
- For a zero-proof version, replace gin with Seedlip Garden and prosecco with sparkling white grape juice.
