Pear Thyme Sparkler

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz gin
  • 2 oz pear nectar
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz thyme simple syrup
  • 2 oz chilled prosecco
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: thyme sprig and pear slice

Method
 

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add gin, pear nectar, lemon juice, and thyme syrup.
  2. Shake well for 10–12 seconds until chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled flute or coupe glass.
  4. Top with prosecco.
  5. Gently stir once to combine.
  6. Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig and a thin pear slice for a clean, aromatic finish.

Notes

  • To make thyme syrup: combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 6 sprigs of thyme. Simmer until sugar dissolves. Let steep 15–20 minutes, then strain.
  • For a zero-proof version, replace gin with Seedlip Garden and prosecco with sparkling white grape juice.
