- 2 oz White rum
- 1 oz Peach schnapps (or peach nectar for a lighter version)
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
- Club soda or sparkling water (to top)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh peach slices & mint (for garnish)
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.2. Add rum, peach schnapps, lime juice, and simple syrup.3. Shake well for about 10 seconds.4. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.5. Top with club soda.6. Garnish with peach slices and a sprig of mint.7. Serve and enjoy!
