Lychee Rose Gin Fizz

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lychee juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 drops rose water
  • Soda water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Dried rose petals or lychee fruit

Method
 

  1. Add gin, lychee juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and rose water to a shaker.
  2. Shake with ice for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with rose petals or lychee.

Notes

Note 1: Rose water is very strong—start with 1-2 drops and adjust to taste.
Note 2: For an extra aromatic touch, rinse the glass with rose water before pouring in the drink.
