  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz honey lavender syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 oz club soda
  • Garnish: Dried lavender or lemon twist
  • Ice
Honey Lavender Syrup
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender

Notes

  • Skip the egg white for a simpler version—it will still taste great but won’t have the foamy head.
  • The syrup lasts up to 2 weeks in the fridge and can be used in iced tea or lemonade.
