Method
- In a shaker, gently muddle the cucumber slices and basil leaves to release flavor.
- Add honey syrup, lime juice, and water. Fill shaker with ice.
- Shake well until chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Fine strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a fresh basil leaf.
Notes
- Note 1: For a vegan version, use agave syrup instead of honey.
- Note 2: Add a splash of soda water after shaking if you prefer it sparkling.
