Coconut Chai White Russian

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur like KahlĂșa
  • 2 oz strong chai tea cooled
  • 2 oz canned coconut milk full fat for creaminess
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: ground cinnamon or star anise for garnish

Method
 

  1. Brew a strong chai tea and let it cool to room temperature or chill in the fridge.
  2. In a shaker or mixing glass, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, chai tea, and coconut milk.
  3. Fill a lowball glass with ice.
  4. Pour the mixture over the ice and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon or a star anise for visual flair.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy, spiced magic.

Notes

  • Use unsweetened coconut milk for more control over sweetness.
  • Make a big batch of chai in advance and store in the fridge for quick cocktail prep.
