- 1/2 grapefruit freshly juiced
- 1/2 orange freshly juiced
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary plus extra for garnish
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup optional
- 3 oz chilled tonic water
- Ice
- Grapefruit or orange slice for garnish
In a shaker or small mixing glass, combine grapefruit juice, orange juice, and honey/agave if using.Gently muddle the rosemary sprig in the juice to release its oils, then remove the sprig.Fill a tall glass with ice and strain the citrus mixture into it.Top with tonic water and stir gently.Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of citrus. Serve immediately.
