There’s something magical about the way rosemary and citrus come together – bright, zesty, and subtly herbaceous. The Citrus Rosemary Tonic Mocktail is a celebration of that perfect harmony. It’s bold enough to hold its own in any cocktail lineup but gentle enough to keep things non-alcoholic and inclusive.

This drink was designed for warm afternoons, elegant brunches, and wellness-forward happy hours. The rosemary adds a woodsy, aromatic note that pairs beautifully with the tang of fresh citrus and the delicate bitterness of tonic water. It’s refreshing, refined, and deeply satisfying—without the buzz.

Whether you’re hosting guests who prefer mocktails or simply looking for a weekday pick-me-up with a twist, this citrus-forward cooler offers all the complexity of a craft cocktail, minus the alcohol.
