• 2 oz White rum
• 1 oz Peach schnapps (or peach nectar for a lighter version)
• 1 oz Fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
• Club soda or sparkling water (to top)
• Ice cubes
• Fresh peach slices & mint (for garnish)

Method

 

1. 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

   2. Add rum, peach schnapps, lime juice, and simple syrup.

   3. Shake well for about 10 seconds.

   4. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.

   5. Top with club soda.

   6. Garnish with peach slices and a sprig of mint.

   7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

• Make it a mocktail: Replace the rum with peach iced tea and omit schnapps. Still delicious!
• Batch it for a party: Multiply ingredients by 4–6 and serve in a pitcher.
