Rosemary Grapefruit Refresher Mocktail

Jump to Recipe

Introduction
When it comes to crafting a mocktail that feels refined and adult, the Rosemary Grapefruit Refresher checks every box. It’s tart, bright, and herbaceous, offering all the complexity of a well-made cocktail—without the alcohol.

This drink brings together the sharp, citrusy bite of fresh grapefruit with a subtly savory rosemary simple syrup, balanced perfectly by a splash of sparkling water. It’s ideal for anyone who wants a drink that feels like a ritual: a pause, a breath, a moment.

Whether you’re hosting a brunch, planning a dry event, or just cutting back, this zero-proof option offers the same sense of craft and care as its boozy counterparts. Served over ice with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit wedge, it’s as visually stunning as it is refreshing.

Notes

  • To make rosemary simple syrup: simmer 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and 3 sprigs of rosemary until sugar dissolves. Let steep 20 minutes, then strain.
  • For added depth, use pink grapefruit juice for sweetness and color, or add a dash of non-alcoholic bitters for complexity.
